Okay...

Today I went out for a couple applications and grocerey shopping and bumming. I'm happy to say I accomplished them all. Also I did something a bit new and wrote about four and a half pages {notebook} of random thoughts. Yay!

I'm going to shove those off onto you now so you don't complain about updates. ~^

Why does it feel so flattering to be yelled at when you're walking down the street? "Hey sweetheart" just adds a spring to my step even though I don't go over to the car. Hardly any one ever gets mad at a cheerful "no thanks" - but if they did, I wouldn't ride with them anyway.

Though the Buses are nice. They're clean, air conditioned or heated...though the 75 cents might be a bit much for each ride. Not to mention all the stops and starts when you're trying to write.

Ever notice how some humans like to sit as far away from each other as possible and some like to sit as close as they can? Gah.

Well, time to get off the bus. More later if I can swing it.

":somber, deep male voice: We salute all those who died in the September 11th att-
BEEEP
":upbeat, knowing woman's voice: Do you like to make money?"

Some lady: ":thoughtful look: That's right it is 9-11. All those poor people..."
ME: "Uh, Lady. They're dead. They've been dead. For a _year_. It happened, it passed and now we're being paranoid and suspicious and trying to keep it from happening again. Deal!"
Lady ":startled blink, opens her mouth to say something:"
Me: ":winces and waits for a verbal lashing, wishing her censor worked:"
Lady's Friend: "Y'know. She's got a point."
Me: ":blinks and slinks off:"

I love this time of the year. The way the shops look and smell, the air, the fashions, not sweating to death that often, the colors...

Oh, yeah. And the costumes for sale.

Hey - Retun of the King comes out soon.

I want to be the lady in WalMart with the funny Bright!Green hat with matching nail polish and a big smile. She's so nice...I'm going to find out her name the next time I talk to her and have a real conversation. She's a beautiful woman with a beautiful personality and doesn't mind if people laugh. She wears bright green clothes - For Fun! how great is that?

And she gives great hugs.

I do not need 72 colored pencils. No! though...No! I need decent walking shoes and an outfit for job interviews and...

Hee! Mom came home on Sunday and gave me a prezzie, completly out of the blue.

Hamzilla! He's one of those Dancing Hamsters found in Spencers and other places - I dunno. I only see 'em in the mall, noth tat I'm really looking all that much. But he's nifty!

He's dressed in one of those cheap Godzilla costumes with a teeshirt with "I {heart} Tokyo" and he's holding ab us and a telephone booth. He 'sings' Blue Oyster Cult's "Godzilla". Or at least part of it...

He picks up a bus and he throws it back down
As he wades through the buildings toward the center of town
